Alex Harle is a respected advisor on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. Her expertise covers a variety of issues, including procurement, supply of goods and services, agency and distribution agreements, and structural and fundamental changes to a business, such as joint ventures and mergers. She also has specialist knowledge of partnership law and LLPs, and she has experience of converting general partnerships to LLPs.
Alex works with a variety of private and public sector clients, including sole traders and entrepreneurs, national charities, global listed companies, and governments. Her track record includes advising on procurement contracts for the London 2012 Olympics, advising and negotiating in relation to the £2 billion legal aid template contract, and negotiating a multi-million pound software development agreement with the Qatari government on behalf of a niche UK IT provider.
