Unwanted Attention

Workplace harassment is a serious issue, and as employers, schools are legally obligated to protect their staff from such conduct. By doing so, schools foster a culture of dignity and respect that benefits everyone in the school community.

In an article for Independent School Management, Partner Ian Wasserman discusses the legal duty schools have to protect teaching staff from harassment.
