Broadfield has strengthened its construction team with the appointment of Partner Claire Atkins.
Claire joins the firm in Southampton from Trowers & Hamlins where she was a partner in its projects and construction team.
She brings to the firm a strong track record in non-contentious construction matters advising developers, landowners, pension funds, fund and asset managers, hotel owners, harbour authorities, transport providers, retailers, public bodies, schools, universities, charities, NHS bodies, landlords, tenants, funders, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
Broadfield is widely recognised for its 60-strong specialist commercial property, residential developer and infrastructure practice, advising on some of the largest, most challenging and high-profile schemes across the UK from its offices in Southampton, Reading, Cambridge and London.
