HONG KONG [November 3, 2025] – Broadfield is pleased to announce the addition of Grace Zhu as a partner in the Dispute Resolution and Investigations practice of Liu, Patrick Ling & Co. LLP in Hong Kong. Grace brings over a decade of experience advising global private equity and multinational clients on complex cross-border investigations, regulatory compliance, and high-stakes disputes across Asia and the United States.

Grace advises private capital investors, asset managers, and corporations on matters involving fraud, corruption, money laundering, sanctions, export controls, and data protection. She is qualified in Hong Kong, New York, and Mainland China, and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Her cross-border experience spans litigation and arbitration across Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

We are excited to welcome Grace Zhu to Broadfield’s Dispute Resolution & Investigations team in Hong Kong. Grace brings extensive experience in complex investigations, regulatory compliance related to FCPA, sanctions, trade issues, and dispute resolution, especially in matters involving an Asia–United States connection and private capital.
