Sean Wright joins Broadfield UK as a corporate partner, bringing more than three decades of experience advising equity providers, management teams, and financial sponsors across the private equity investment life cycle. He previously headed Shoosmiths’ National Private Equity practice and led the South Corporate team covering the Solent, Thames Valley, and Milton Keynes offices. Sean is ranked by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 for his commercial approach and negotiation skills.
