Katie leads the firm’s residential property team in Southampton with a practice across the South East and South West. Her expertise extends to all types of residential property transactions, including high value sales and purchases, rural property and leasehold enfranchisement.
Broadfield has a strong residential property team spread across its offices in London, Cambridge, Reading and Southampton, which acts on a wide range of property transactions for all types of clients, from first-time buyers to ultra-high net-worth individuals located around the world.
