Broadfield has advised Waylands on the acquisition of Honda, OMODA and JAECOO dealerships in Bristol and a Honda dealership in Cardiff from HSH Motor Group.
The acquisition strengthens Waylands’ coverage in the South West, Wales and the Thames Valley to 16 locations with their automotive brand partners. The group now represents Volvo, Polestar, Kia, Honda, OMODA, JAECOO and MG.
