Broadfield has advised Exbos Ltd on its sale to Hemingways Group.
Bradford-based Exbos Ltd is a bespoke software developer producing integrated web, desktop, tablet and mobile apps. It specialises in scalable, fit-for-purpose software for clients in retail, health and social care and financial services.
Based in Yorkshire, Hemingways Group works with over 7,000 clients around the world helping them reach customers through its dedicated e-commerce solutions, managed software platforms, sales, warehousing, assembly and distribution. Under its Voucher Express brand, Hemingways trades with many of the leading UK and international retailers providing technology platforms for pre-paid products such as gift cards and eGifts.
The Broadfield team was led by Cambridge Partner Duncan Walker, supported by Associate Ross Fletcher and Trainee Solicitor Kathryn Wood.
