Broadfield Advises Shareholders of Software Business FiftyPoint6 Group on Multi-Million-Dollar Exit

The Southampton corporate team at the international law firm Broadfield has advised two individual shareholders in FiftyPoint6 Group Limited on a multi-million-dollar share sale to Shop Circle Ltd.

FiftyPoint6 Group Limited provides specialist backend software as a service (SaaS) to luxury retailers and ambitious entrepreneurs making it easier for them to run successful businesses.

Shop Circle Ltd is the UK subsidiary of the US-headquartered Shop Circle and provides online brands with cutting-edge software they need to power growth a deliver an exceptional customer experience. It has recently raised US$120m by way of investor funding.

The Broadfield team was led by corporate Partners Oliver Kelly and Sean Kelly, supported by Legal Director Dorothy Agnew, Associate Leah Houghton, Solicitors David Crease and Gemma L’Esperance, Trainee Solicitor Charlotte Wilkinson and Solicitor Apprentice Fin McKenzie.
