Broadfield has advised Onecom on its acquisition of Matrix IT, a Microsoft Solutions Partner providing professional IT services across the South Coast.
The transaction supports Onecom’s strategy to enhance its end‑to‑end IT and communications capability and deepen its presence across the South Coast.
Onecom is one of the UK’s leading business communications and IT services provider, backed by LDC. The acquisition marks Onecom’s 14th since 2020 and represents a significant step toward strengthening its managed IT and Microsoft services capabilities.
