Will Massa

Will Massa is a trainee, currently in his final seat in litigation. His previous secondment at the Tony Blair Institute, gave him experience in a variety of commercial and compliance matters.

As a trainee, Will receives extensive legal and interpersonal skills training to enable him to continuously develop his knowledge and progress his career. As well as the mandatory Professional Skills Course (PSC), he also receives specific technical training in each seat. In addition, he has a number of opportunities to build his personal skills, such as networking and communication, enabling him to develop into a high quality solicitor.

Before joining the firm, Will built a career in the film industry, working in a variety of roles at organisations including the British Film Institute and the British Council’s film department. He is a member of the Law Society.
