Sneha Khetia

Sneha Khetia is a Senior Associate advising a wide range of clients in relation to pursuing and defending construction and engineering claims brought under, or in relation to, standard form and bespoke contracts.

She has a track record of resolving disputes through litigation and is also a strong advocate for alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication, arbitration, conciliation, and mediation. Her experience includes acting for a luxury real estate arm of a major retail group in respect of property related cladding issues at a 19th century listed residential block. She also acted for a sports governing body and its project insurers in bringing a £4.5m claim in respect of cable ductwork installed as part of an upgrade to a stadium infrastructure, and she acted for a Mumbai-based joint venture in a dispute with a specialist Italian energy contractor regarding a facility in Scotland.
