Her expertise includes advising on block management issues, including licences to alter, licences to assign, and general advisory matters. She also has experience of dealing with financing transactions, including acting for lenders and on large portfolios.
Rachel has a particular focus on leasehold enfranchisement. She is highly experienced in providing straightforward, practical advice to both landlords and tenants in relation to lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and also freehold purchases under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.
