Katie Higgs is a solicitor in the corporate team, with experience in a variety of corporate transactions, including advising and assisting on private M&A transactions, private equity investments and exits, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance issues. She has also worked on several transactions involving a cross-border element.
Her experience in private M&A transactions includes working with UK and international clients on both the sale side and buy side, across a number of different sectors, including education, automotive, and technology. She has also assisted and advised lenders on corporate documentation required in banking and financing transactions.
Katie is a member of the Law Society.
