He regularly advises individuals on tax efficient planning before they move to or from the UK, including residence, domicile, the remittance basis of taxation, the potential impact on any owned businesses, and developing or refining structures and strategies to preserve wealth and mitigate tax and succession implications. He has also advised entrepreneurs at all stages in the business lifecycle.
