Gemma Bullard

Gemma Bullard has extensive experience of advising both developers and landowners on all matters relating to residential property development work. Her experience spans acquisitions by way of option agreements, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, and unconditional contracts, through to plot sales. Her expertise also includes acting for clients arranging development financing and assisting in title due diligence for planning agreements.

Gemma has an extensive track record, including advising a top five housebuilder in its acquisition of a consented scheme for in excess of £53 million, acting for a developer in the simultaneous acquisition and sub-sale of a consented scheme by way of an Option Agreement for the purchase and an unconditional sub-sale contract, and advising an individual landowner on the sale of their property by way of Promotion Agreement, and negotiating and completing the sale contract for a sale of part.
