Gani Abaydildinov is an Of Counsel with over 20 years of legal experience, and expertise spanning both corporate and commercial, as well as compliance and private matters. Gani is also well-versed in matters of energy and natural resources, including onshore and offshore, upstream, midstream, and downstream projects. He advises clients on exploration, development, production, processing, and transportation as well as related mergers and acquisitions, financing, production sharing, compliance, and regulatory issues.
Before joining Broadfield, Gani worked in international companies in Almaty, Moscow, and London, representing a broad spectrum of clients including an investment firm and a FTSE 100 energy company.
Gani is a member of The Law Society, as well as the British-Kazakh Law Association and The British-Kazakh Society Law Group.
