David Ramm

Dr David Ramm is a Partner in Broadfield’s Corporate department with almost 30 years of experience advising on M&As, private equity venture capital and commercial transactions, primarily for technology clients. David works with high growth companies on corporate transactions across the company life cycle, from early-stage capital through to later-stage rounds and exits. He also supports clients in scaling their businesses through strategic commercial agreements, joint ventures, and licensing. Many of the transactions that David handles are cross-border or multi-jurisdictional in nature.

David’s clients include large financial institutions and companies at the forefront of technological development, as well as exciting early stage and growth companies in the life sciences, healthcare, fintech, and security industries.

David is a well-regarded speaker, recently published in the Financial Times and The Times, on the role of the UK’s Alternative Investment Market and ways in which it could evolve to play a more important role as a securities market.
