Clara Clint

Clara Clint is an Associate in the litigation team, specialising in commercial and residential property litigation. Her work covers a variety of related matters, including claims for compensation following compulsory purchase, landlord and tenant disputes, money claims and possession proceedings, statutory demands, forfeiture, and adverse possession. She also has experience of dealing with noise nuisance, order for sale applications, and serving landlord and tenant notices.

Clara trained as a solicitor at Broadfield after previously pursuing a project management career in the charity sector. She completed the GDL on a part-time basis at The University of Law, before taking the LPC at BPP University.
