Cath Albright

Cath has broad commercial real estate experience, particularly focusing on landlord and tenant work. This involves supporting institutional landlords on the acquisition of industrial estate portfolios, where clients value her ability to carry out asset management work to support the ongoing management of these portfolios. She also works with corporate occupiers on lettings in a broad range of sectors, including retail, biotech, and charity.

Cath has experience of working with industrial landlords on the disposal of industrial sites and dealing with due diligence. She has also acted on a variety of commercial lettings, including major shopping centres, science parks, and leisure facilities. Through this work she has negotiated leases, reversionary leases, licenses to assign, side letters relating to Covid concessions, and complex rights of pre-emption. She has also gained experience of post-completion work, environmental issues, and issues relating to permitted use.
