Emily joined the firm’s Private Real Estate team as a Legal Director in 2025. She has a wealth of experience acting on behalf of high net worth, ultra-high net worth and high-profile clients from both the UK and overseas, on all aspects of residential property transactions.

Emily acts for private lenders, investors, overseas individuals and companies, as well as first time buyers. A particular career highlight includes working alongside a corporate team in the sale of an SPV company in order to transfer a central London property with a value of £35 million. Emily has also previously worked to refinance a property portfolio alongside a banking and finance team to the value of over £50 million. She has also previously acted for a high-profile client in their move to the UK with a 10 working day exchange deadline.
